A project to be undertaken

Under this Agreement, the Consultant shall provide professional fire services consultancy for the design and documentation of compliant automatic fire sprinkler systems at nominated RAC sites across multiple NSW Local Health Districts. The scope of services includes, but is not limited to: Design of automatic fire sprinkler systems and associated works in accordance with: - AS 2118.4 - Building Code of Australia (BCA)/National Construction Code (NCC) - NSW Fire Sprinkler Standard (2013) Preparation of detailed design documentation suitable for tender and constructionCoordination with relevant stakeholders, including site representatives, MoH project teams, and certifying authoritiesSite inspections and assessments as required to inform designCompliance reporting and certification supportInput into construction staging to minimise operational disruption All facilities are classfied as Class 9a - Residential Aged Care buildings, and designs must be tailored to the operational and regulatory requirements of these environments.
