Description
The site for the RAAF Base Pearce Explosive Ordnance Facility is located to the West of the RAAF Base Pearce site. RAAF Base Pearce is approximately 60km north of Perth at Bullsbrook.
The purpose of the RAAF Base Pearce Explosive Ordnance Storage Facility is to build a purpose designed facility to increase the net explosive quantities that are able to be safely stored on the site. A more detailed description of the works is included in Annexure 3 – Design Documents.
The preferred Tenderer will be engaged under the Medium Works Contract (Construct Only) and accordingly the preferred Tenderer will be capable of managing the construction of the entire scope of works for this project.
