Description
The project will be conducted in two phases.
Phase One will review and analyse existing information and dissemination strategies and scope the content and format of tools, resources and strategies required for quality assurance-related information to support people receiving aged care in the community.
Phase Two will involve the development and focus testing of consumer information and the development of associated implementation plans, including dissemination strategies.
