Provision of Project Management Services

The WA Police Force Technology Portfolio is seeking an initial engagement of two Project Manager resources to work in a collaborative environment to deliver on: Project-level risk, issues, assumptions, dependencies, lessons learnt and decision registers; facilitate resolution of project escalated risks and issues; responsible for the submission, tracking and reconciliation of all project’s financial expenditure; ensure the associated Project Board has transparency and endorsement of all work packages; responsible for project plans, stage plans and schedules; manage the project teams and program delivery; responsible for project resource management and allocating roles and responsibilities; report program progress to the Project Board through the production of Project Status Reports (PSR);monthly Project Board Packs (if required);produce briefing notes and requested reporting for the Senior Executive as required; and Develop project initiation documents, options analysis project estimations and other project commencement documentation as required.
