To achieve the goals of DCJ’s inclusion and diversity strategies, The DCJ People branch has contracted Footprint Coaching & Consulting to deliver a range of mentoring programs to support the career development and progression of employees from diverse backgrounds, including Aboriginal people, people with a disability, women into leadership and Culturally and Linguistically Diverse (CALD) groups. The targeted mentoring programs will be tailored to the development needs of employees working across all divisions and grades and will be rolled out over the next three years. The structure of these programs will be designed to closely align/match the mentees and mentors based on program criteria, employee profiles, mentee development goals and scheduled availability.
