Demolition Request for Tender - Three Properties - North Metropolitan Region

Lot 3968, 163 London St, Joondanna, Lot 49, 134 Ravenscar St Doubleview and Lot 1036, 219 Woodside St, Doubleview are to be fully demolished and the sites cleared for re-development. Side boundary fences are to remain. Water meters are to remain. All trees, bushes & roots on the sites are to be removed. Proof digging / raking down to a depth of 600mm is to be completed and all rubbish, tree roots over 75mm and uncovered asbestos to be removed. All grass is to be dug out and removed from the site, within the property boundary. All paving, driveways, outbuildings, loose items, wing fences and clotheslines are to be removed. Council Crossovers are to remain. Site to be raked and sifted to remove all vegetation and rubbish. Asbestos conditions have been outlined in the BCA Reports attached – please treat suspected materials as asbestos and dispose of accordingly.
