Waste Disposal

Programmed Facility Management (Programmed FM) has been engaged by Building Management and Works (BMW) to deliver a range of Maintenance Services across seven government agencies. These agency sites are primarily located within the Perth Metropolitan and Peel Region. These agencies are the Department of the Attorney General (DotAG), Department of Corrective Services (DCS), Department of Culture and the Arts (DCA), Department of Education (DoE) - North and South, Department of Fire and Emergency Services (DFES), Department of Training and Workforce Development (DTWD) and Main Roads Western Australia (MRWA).

In order to meet its obligations under the Maintenance Service Arrangement (MSA) with BMW, Programmed FM is seeking to simplify and streamline its practises by establishing a robust subcontractor network to deliver Services across the agencies.

Programmed FM is seeking Tenders from suitably qualified and experienced subcontractors to undertake these Services under the Waste Disposal category.
