Provision of Risk Management and Compliance Monitoring Solution

GESB requires an Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) and Compliance Monitoring Solution for its risk, compliance and contract obligations which includes incident and breach reporting capability. GESB requires the provision of a ‘Commercial off the Shelf’ (COTS) ERM and Compliance Monitoring Solution to assist in managing all levels of risks.
The Contractor will implement and configure their proposed solution, upload extracted data from GESB’s existing compliance system, and provide on-site training for administrative users. The Contractor will be required to provide ongoing support and maintenance as required.
The ERM and Compliance Monitoring Solution should be web-based and externally hosted. The Contractor must provide all the required components to deliver the ERM and Compliance Monitoring Solution (including the hosting environment).
