The Metropolitan Redevelopment Authority (MRA) is driving regeneration across metropolitan Perth. Utilising a unique combination of powers as set out by the Metropolitan Redevelopment Authority Act 2011, the MRA works as a developer, planning authority and place manager. It is this nimble model of redevelopment that allows us to create the successful places that are helping to make Perth a unique and memorable place to live, visit and experience.
MRA wishes to obtain proposals in response to this RFT for the provision of pre-qualified Land Valuation and Audit Consultancy Services Panel principally within the Armadale and Wungong redevelopment areas.
