The Works include but are not limited to the construction of:
• Asphalt road and car parking bays with kerbing, Storm water and subsoil Drainage.
• Pedestrian pathways and access: there is a combination of concrete and compacted gravel pathways along with a combination of concrete steps and timber box steps with compacted gravel treads.
• Concrete retainer walls and Laterite dry stone pitching.
