A9047 – Invitation to Register Interest – Head Contract (HC-1 2003) (Construct Only) – Singleton Mid-Term Refresh

The works include the following:
• New facilities, including JLU (E) HV workshop and headquarters; and Centre Ridge ablutions facilities
• Demolition of redundant existing facilities, including ten buildings of various descriptions;
• Upgrade and refurbishment of existing facilities, including three separate Mess kitchens and associated storage rooms and;
• Upgrade and replacement of existing services and in-ground infrastructure, including;
o Passive ICT;
o Electrical;
o Water
o Wastewater;
o Stormwater; and
o Gas;
to meet Singleton Miliary Area operational and support capabilities
