Twice monthly the Seniors Bureau complete a download of data to a CSV file of all new and replacement cards ordered by its Card Holders. The file is electronically sent to the contractor for processing and distribution of Seniors Cards. The contracted services provided include conversion of data, imaging of Seniors Cards, addressing and barcoding of a letter, collation, insertion and ditribution including lodgement with Australia Post.
