Re-engineering of TRIM, development of a Business Classification Scheme and Whole of Agency Retention and Disposal Schedule

Reengineering of TRIM as an Electronic Document and Records Management System (EDRMS) that will improve the use of TRIM by departmental staff as well as streamlining the administration and support of the system. Development of a functional Business Classification Scheme (BCS) for facilitating the creation of meaningful titles for records. Development of a whole of agency Retention and Disposal Schedule that links seamlessly to the BCS to ensure that records are accessible for appropriate lengths of time.
