Replacement of asbestos roof at 361 Canning H'Way Palmyra a 15 unit 2 storey complex.
Please note that the tender price is to include the replacement of all eves, gutters and downpipes and all scaffolding required and the disposal of the asbestos.
In addition appropriate licenses for demolition and asbestos removal are to be provided, along with Certificates of Currency for all insurances.
