Description
Health Support Services (HSS) is leading the implementation and delivery of a new Human Resources Management Information System (HRMIS) for the WA health system from 2022 to 2025.
The new HRMIS will be a single, reliable, accessible, and cloud-based solution that will transform the way WA Health employees’ access and manage their HR information, payslips, time and attendance, and rostering as part of their work. This new solution will utilise contemporary cloud-based systems SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central & Payroll - SAP Time Management by Kronos.
A Digital Adoption Platform (DAP) solution is required to provide in-system guidance at the time of need to users of the new HR, payroll and rostering solution. Insights and data obtained from the DAP will enable training content to be continually adapted to ensure it meets the needs of users.
