Westport requires the services of an environmental consultant team with significant experience in both marine and terrestrial environmental impact assessment to lead Westport’s Environmental Impact Assessment preparation and the development of documentation associated with obtaining State and Commonwealth environmental approvals and permits (e.g. referral documentation, environmental scoping document, public environmental review document and technical appendices and environmental monitoring and management plans).
