Description
CAHS requires the provision of in-home care in the community for a child currently at PCH. The child will soon be ready for discharge from PCH, therefore CAHS are seeking to engage a suitably experienced non-government organisation to provide in-home support to this child.
The child will require support, primarily overnight, from trained and competent Support Workers who will remain awake and alert to deliver specialised care and supervision. In some circumstances, the child may also need daytime care.
