Provision of Online Project Information Management and Collaboration System - Major Projects Unit

The Major Projects Unit (MPU) is a Public Transport Authority division established to manage the delivery of high-value, high-risk complex public transport infrastructure projects and works closely with internal and external stakeholders on the planning, delivery and handover of public transport infrastructure.

The MPU requires a secure and reliable Online Project Information Management and Collaboration System (the System), delivered in the form of Software as a Service (SaaS), to create, store, transmit, and manage large volumes of mail and documents, manage internal project approvals and enable collaboration amongst the project participants. MPU requires the use of the System on various projects within the division ranging from small and simple to large and complex.
