The Queensland Government is seeking Proposals for CQURFQ-19-2-DFM Gladstone CMERC & Aged Care D&C. It includes the design and fit out to refurbish two separable portions as follows:

  • Separable Portion 1 - Design and refurbish existing spaces in Building 213 Alf O'Rourke Drive - Gladstone Marina Campus to facilitate research centre for CMERC.
  • Separable Portion 2 - Design and refurbish existing spaces in Building 604 on the Gladstone Marina Campus to facilitate aged care teaching.
