William Ross SHS Oval Rectification and Remediation Works

The Department of Education (DoE) is inviting tendeers for the Oval Rectification and Remediation Works located at William Ross State High School, Mervyn Crossman Drive, Annandale Qld 4814.

Tenders are to be submitted by Thursday, 16 April 2020 at 2.00pm AEST at Nth Qld Construction Consulting Pty Ltd, Unit 1, 9 Civil Road, Garbutt Qld 4814 or emailed to [email hidden]

Site Visit Details:

A site visit with the Project Manager, Mr. Barry Switzer, may be organised in the first week of Tendering if requested by Tenderers as a one off inspection, where all tenderers will be invited to attend. It is not compulsory to attend, but the BSM must not be disturbed for private inspections.

Contractors are able to organise their own inspection through the school but it will be carried out without school direction.

All inspections will be conducted in accordance with the current meeting requirements for COVID-19. Please refrain from attending site or site meetings if you have any cold or flu-like symptoms. Arrangements may be able to be made for a video conference inspection if you wish to attend, but are unable to, due to isolation and social distancing requirements.
