Description
Purchase and/or lease of suitable gymnasium equipment is required to fit out HMAS Cairns gymnasium.
The gymnasium equipment is to meet the standards and expectations of Defence (as verified by Physical Training Instructors).
Responses from potential suppliers should address the requirements of mandatory and desirable evaluation criteria, and include a detailed pricing schedule.
Two options will be considered for provision of this requirement. Vendors can tender for all or part of the Request For Quotation, including a mix of Option A and B or both.
(a) Option A - purchase of weight training equipment and cardio equipment.
(b) Option B - purchase of weight training equipment and a four year lease of cardio equipment specified in the RFQ. The lease option should include full maintenance and replacement programs for the equipment.
