Description
The Commonwealth Government of Australia (Commonwealth) represented by the Australian Bureau of Statistics (ABS) is seeking offers for provision and implementation of a toolset to support the management of IT service delivery within the ABS. This may also include related services for implementation and development, maintenance and training. The solution will become a component of the ABS’ IT Service Management strategy. A detailed description of requirements is set out in Section 2 “Detailed Statement of Requirements”.
The ABS is also reviewing its internal service provision capability. This may result in a requirement to accommodate service desks that can support multiple business domains from the same toolset.
