Description
Provision of an enduring road network to support Defence capability and reduce maintenance frequency. Scope includes full depth reconstruction of heavily damaged sections of existing pavement, mill and resurface with new asphalt concrete, resurfacing with spray seal and line marking reinstatement works at Orchard Hills.
