Wooroloo Prison Farm - Keywatcher Upgrade

Programmed Facility Management Pty Ltd (PFM) on behalf of Department of Housing and Works (DHW) and Department of Justice (DOJ) are seeking quotes from suitably qualified and experienced contractors to undertake key watcher upgrades at Wooroloo Prison Farm. The Work includes but is not limited to replacement of the existing electronic key cabinets located in the gatehouse of the prison. The current configuration consists of four (4) KeyWatcher cabinets with a total capacity of 240 key locations. Bidders shall make themselves familiar with the existing site conditions, the specifications, drawings and all Contract documentation. All measurements and details shown on drawings or other documents (if any) are to be confirmed by bidders prior to submission of their Quote. All materials and installation shall be supplied and be in accordance with Australian Standards and all codes and regulations relevant to the Scope of Work contained herein.
