Programmed Facility Management Pty Ltd (PFM) on behalf of Department of Communities are seeking quotes from suitably qualified and experienced contractors to undertake PB Wet Area Refurbishment at 34 Sholl Street Roebourne WA 6718. The property is currently tenanted. The Work includes but is not limited to works in the following wet areas BathroomLaundryShower areaToilet 1 and 2 Bidders shall make themselves familiar with the existing site conditions, the specifications, drawings and all Contract documentation. All measurements and details shown on drawings or other documents (if any) are to be confirmed by bidders prior to submission of their Quote. All materials and installation shall be supplied and be in accordance with Australian Standards and all codes and regulations relevant to the Scope of Work contained herein.
