Geebung State School - PWD Ramp & Lift

The Department of Education (DoE) is calling for tender submissions for the construction of a new lift and covered PWD ramp at Geebung State School, located at 250 Newman Road, Geebung Qld 4064, as part of the Ed4All program.

The works include a new lift providing access to classrooms and covered PWD ramps connecting the spine of the school through to the administration building. The position of the works is located centrally throughout the school. All works are to be completed by April 2022.

Tender submissions will be accepted from contractors that meet the following requirements:
• Appropriate QBCC Builders licences to undertake the entire scope of works

QBCC Licensing and Professional Indemnity Insurance
It is anticipated that a minimum of a QBCC (Low Rise) builders’ licence will be required for this project.
