Description
The Department of Justice and Attorney-General is seeking offers from PQC2 certified suppliers to undertake an assessment of the condition of Department's owned buildings portfolio. Addtionally, it will be a requirement to facilitate the Department's compliance with the requirements of Work Health and Safety Act 2011 and Work Health and Safety Regulations 2011 and due consideration to the guidance in the National Codes of Practice for Asbestos Management and Removal.
In addition to the the above, it will also be a requirement to collect additional information on Synthetic Mineral Fibres (SMF) and Lead in Paint (LIP) to provide a limited assessment of these Hazardous Building Materials at the owned buildings.
