Description
You are invited to submit a lump sum tender to undertake landscape construction works within the Fitzgibbon Chase Estate, Fitzgibbon Chase Priority Development Area (PDA).
The landscape works are split into 4 separable portions.
• Separable Portion 1 is as shown on Drawing Number ULD12_001 including some of Road 22 and Road 28
• Separable Portion 2 is the Stage 8 park as shown on Drawing Number ULD12_001
• Separable Portion 3 is as shown on Drawing Number ULD12_001 including the streetscapes of some of Roghan Road, Road 28 and Lane 23
• Separable Portion 4 is as shown on Drawing Number ULD12_001. It is to be divided into two “sub-portions”, one of which is the Roghan Road streetscape and the other is the remainder of the area. These “sub-portions” may be let separately.
