Landscape Construction Contract - Songbird Stage 1 - Oxley

The Minister of Economic Development Queensland through the Department of State Development, Infrastructure, Local Government and Planning is seeking offers to deliver Landscape Contracting goods and services within the Songbird Oxley – Stage 1 development.

The Landscape Contractor will be selected to complete the landscaping requirements as set out in the Stage 1 landscape design documentation, with predominately native tree species selected to complement the existing tree environment in Songbird Oxley estate. The Stage 1 Landscape contractor works will include but not be limited to:

• Entry feature to estate
• Streetscape including Boulevard/ Entry Road
• Treatment of Seventeen Miles Rocks Road Interface area
• Rear of lot planting along Stage 1 hillside lots (lots 1, 10, 14 – 23) offering privacy to existing Seventeen Mile Rocks Road residents
• Detention basin and Bio retention basin planting and maintenance
• Waterway corridor planting and maintenance identified in stage 1D
• Installation of rear of lot boundary fencing (provisional item)
• Planting in open space corridor identified in stage 1B
• Standard 12 month maintenance period
