Fitout of Maroochydore Electorate Office

Queensland Parliamentary Services is seeking proposals for the fitout of the Maroochydore Electorate Office located at 148 Horton Parade, Maroochydore.

The fitout will include the provision of:

• an enclosed office for the Member of Parliament;
• a secure waiting room;
• a meeting room;
• open plan office space;
• a store room;
• a kitchenette; and
• a PWD bathroom.

This is a time critical project due to the current lease expiring with a final completion date of 29 November 2019.
