Grovely State School Amenities Refurbishment and PWD Car Park With Design Responsibility

The Department of Education (DoE) is calling for tender submissions for the refurbishment of an existing amenities block and construction of a new PWD car parking bay at Grovely State School, located at 200 Dawson Parade, Keperra QLD 4054, as part of the Targeted Maintenance program.

Tender submissions will be accepted from contractors that meet the following requirements:

• Appropriate QBCC Builders licences to undertake the entire scope of works
• Professional Indemnity Insurance to the value of $ 1,000,000

QBCC Licensing and Professional Indemnity Insurance

It is anticipated that a minimum of a QBCC (Low Rise) builders’ licence will be required for this project. Contractors are required to hold Professional Indemnity Insurance in accordance with the contract.
