Description
- DET is seeking to appoint individuals and organisations as Contractors to a preferred supplier panel who are engaged to provide academic advice on design and presentation of findings for individual DET research projects to be determined during the 2015/2016 financial year. Contractors will have expertise in qualitative, quantitative and mixed research design methodologies that can support projects that address the priorities and indicators detailed in the DET strategic plan (http://deta.qld.gov.au/publications/strategic/). The DET priorities include:
- Early Childhood Programs;
- Early Years Services meeting National Quality Standards;
- School Attendance;
- Literacy and Numeracy Achievement;
- Retention;
- Year 12 or Equivalent Completion;
- Equitable Outcomes for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Students;
- Transitions through Stages of Schooling;
- Transitions to further Education, Training and Employment;
- Parent Satisfaction;
- Training Participation and Completion;
- Graduate Pathways (including Employment or Further Education);
- Graduate and Employer Satisfaction.
