Cedar Creek State School - Tank Rationalisation (with Design Responsibility)

The Department of Education (DoE) is calling for tender submissions for the Installation of a new under ground tank system, new pipe work and reconfiguration of the existing tanks and associated pipework, at Cedar Creek State School under a design and construct contract. Cedar Creek State School located at 1368 Beaudesert Beenleigh Rd, Cedar Creek Qld 4207.

Tender submissions will be accepted from contractors that meet the following requirements:

• Appropriate QBCC Builders licences to undertake the entire scope of works
• Professional Indemnity Insurance to the value of $ 1,000,000.00

It is anticipated that a minimum of a QBCC (Low Rise) builders’ licence will be required for this project. Contractors are required to hold Professional Indemnity Insurance in accordance with the contract.
