Description
You are invited to submit a lump sum tender to undertake landscape maintenance works within the Fitzgibbon Chase Estate, Fitzgibbon Chase Priority Development Area (PDA).
The landscape maintenance works are split into 3 separable portions.
• Separable portion 1 is comprised of stages one 1 to 6. (Stage 5/6 Park - EDQ would like this portion of the work to be undertaken by a social enterprise organisation as a subcontractor to the Landscape Contractor).
• Separable portion 2 is comprised of stage 7.
• Separable portion 3 is comprised of Lavender Place. The boundaries of these areas can be found in the specification documents.
