Woodridge SHS Resource Centre Refurbishment

Woodridge State High School is calling for submissions for the design and construction of refurbishment and alterations works to their existing Resource Centre located at 323 Wembley Road, Woodridge QLD 4114. The works include the extensive alteration of an existing external courtyard inclduing new roof structure and storerooms as well as a modified entry including covered waiting area and bag drop-off zone.

All works are to be completed before Friday the 2nd of November 2018.

Tender submissions will be accepted from contractors with a valid QBCC Builder's Licence and 3rd party quality assurance to undertake the entire scope of works. This project is being let as a design and construct contract.
