The purpose of this Invitation to Offer is to seek an agreement with interested suppliers (Registered Training Organisations) who are willing to enter into a "Standing Offer Arrangement" for the provision of accredited civil construction training and assessment services for individual and multiple units of competency and from time to time, qualifications within the current Certificate III Civil Construction and Certificate IV Civil Supervisor training packages
