Economic Development Queensland (EDQ) invites lump sum Tenders for the civil construction of Stage 21 (also known as the Neighbourhood Centre) at the Fitzgibbon Chase development, Fitzgibbon Queensland 4018.
The scope involves the production of residential and commercial allotments to be serviced by roadworks, stormwater drainage, potable water, recycled water (FiSH & PotaRoo) and sewer reticulation. The area of the site is 0.743 hectares and is surrounded on all sides with existing roads and is adjacent to an active Community Centre. Traffic management practices will be a particularly important component for this contract.
