STANDING OFFER ARRANGEMENT FOR ENTERAL NUTRITION PRODUCTS, RELATED EQUIPMENT, CONSUMABLES AND ACCESSORIES
ON ACCOUNT OF QUEENSLAND HEALTH
CLOSING AT 2.00PM ON TUESDAY, 17 AUGUST 2010
THE PROPOSED STANDING OFFER ARRANGEMENT WILL BE FOR A PERIOD OF TWENTY-FOUR (24) MONTHS WITH THE OPTION TO QUEENSLAND HEALTH, AT ITS SOLE DISCRETION, TO EXTEND FOR A FURTHER TWO (2) PERIODS EACH OF UP TO TWELVE (12) MONTHS.
THIS STANDING OFFER ARRANGEMENT IS MANDATORY FOR USE BY ALL QUEENSLAND HEALTH FACILITIES UNDER THE CONTROL OF HEALTH SERVICE DISTRICTS THROUGHOUT QUEENSLAND.
