To establish an arrangement based on a singular or multiple contracts for the supply of the ‘hire of full service road construction and maintenance crews’, including labour, plant and direct supervision to deliver safe and efficient road construction and maintenance projects within the Lockyer Valley, Darling Downs, Southern Downs, Western Downs and South West areas during the period 2011 – 2012.
