Applications are invited from organisations interested in being registered on a panel of preferred providers for the provision of non-urgent, non-ambulance patient transport in the following Queensland Health, Health Service Districts:
Sunshine Coast Health Service District
Wide Bay Health Service District
Gold Coast Health Service District
Darling Downs West Moreton Health Service District
Metro North Health Service District
Metro South Health Service District
