Description
Renewal SA is seeking to engage a suitably qualified supplier to analyse site constraints and opportunities for the development of the Playford North project. The procurement is required to support the planned development of a 99‑hectare parcel of land located between Stebonheath Road and the existing rail corridor, forming part of the broader Playford Alive project. The outcomes of this work will directly inform the proposed draft concept plan and will be utilised in Renewal SA’s Development Application for the site.
