Description
Provide IT support to staff located at the Department of Primary Industries and Regional Development (DPIRD). IT Support will primarily entail assisting staff at site to log support tickets for products and services offered in the Service Catalogue. The supplier will primarily work from Nash Street, but will liaise closely with the Information Services Team, which is based at 140 William Street Perth. Additionally, the resource will provide first responder diagnosis of IT issues and provision of basic IT education and identification of and advice to internal DPIRD stakeholders regarding the remediation of those issues.
