Project Deed Electronic Ticketing System for the Greater Sydney Region - TfNSW 2014/T027 (PTTC0801 RFP)

The contract is for the provision by the contractor of an electronic ticketing system for public transport in the greater Sydney region. The contract was executed on 7 May 2010 and the effective date was 21 May 2010. TfNSW has brought into scope with a variation to the Project Deed a number of enhancements to improve customer experience and improve operational efficiency of Opal. This is a record in respect of Contract Number PTTC0801 RFP (Project Deed – Electronic Ticketing System for the Greater Sydney Region) published on 20 July 2010. Contract Number PTTC0801 RFP was entered into by the Public Transport Ticketing Corporation (PTTC). Prior to the dissolution of PTTC in 2012 the contract was transferred to Transport for NSW pursuant to an order under section 94 of the Transport Administration Act 1988. This record is in respect of a variation to Contract Number PTTC0801 RFP which took effect on 15 September 2014. The contract value disclosed is exclusive of GST.
