Dutton Park State School - Block C & D Refurbishment (With Design Responsibility)

The Department of Education (DoE) is calling for tender submissions for the design and construction of refurbishments to Block C & D at Dutton Park SS, located at 112 Annerley Road, Dutton Park, QLD 4102, as part of the School Infrastructure Enhancement (SIE) program.

The scope for Block D includes internal reconfiguration of classrooms, full refurbishment to all internal areas. As well as minor refurbishments to Block C to enclose the verandahs for each classroom. The position of the building is within the middle of the school with limited site access and working space. All works are to be completed by May 2023.

Tender submissions will be accepted from contractors that meet the following requirements:

• Appropriate QBCC Builders licences to undertake the entire scope of works
• Professional Indemnity Insurance to the value of $ 1 million.

QBCC Licensing and Professional Indemnity Insurance It is anticipated that a minimum of a QBCC builders’ licence will be required for this project. Contractors are required to hold Professional Indemnity Insurance in accordance with the contract.
