A project to be undertaken

Consultation for Clinical Floor Artworks​ Artworks in clinical areas reflect and support the hospital’s diverse communities—patients, visitors, and staff. To ensure cultural sensitivity and relevance, artists will engage with key community and clinical stakeholders during the design process.​ ​ Concept Stage Consultation Plan​ A brief Consultation and Engagement plan (max 300 words) outlining how you plan to engage with clinicians and community. At minimum, this must include consultation with:​ · Aboriginal Health Unit (AHU)​ · Multicultural Health Unit (MHU)​ · Relevant clinical teams​ Additional engagement methods, such as meetings, workshops, or co-design sessions with patients, clinicians, or community members can be included.​ ​ Design Development Stage (April – October 2026)​ Once a concept is selected, the successful tenderer will participate in two facilitated meetings with AHU, MHU, and clinical representatives. These sessions will be arranged by the Project Team and will provide insight into community values and feedback on the creative approach. These will be informal sessions to ask questions and connect with project stakeholders.​ There will be additional touch points for LHD review and feedback throughout the project.​
