Nundah State School Village Green Landscaping with Design Responsibility

The Department of Education (DoE) is calling for tender submissions for the design and construction of a landscaping upgrade at Nundah State School, located at 163 Buckland Rd, The Gap Qld 4061 as part of the Six Full Cohort (6FC) program.

The works includes sandstone terracing cut into the existing bank, footpaths, planting, synthetic turf, drainage, miscellaneous trades and a rigid shade structure.

Tender submissions will be accepted from contractors that meet the following requirements:
• Appropriate QBCC Builders licences to undertake the entire scope of works
• Professional Indemnity Insurance to the value of $ 1M

QBCC Licensing and Professional Indemnity Insurance
It is anticipated that a minimum of a QBCC Builders’ Licence will be required for this project. Contractors are required to hold Professional Indemnity Insurance to the value of $1M in accordance with the contract.
