Description
The Department of Education is seeking to establish a SOA with multiple Suppliers from which Customers can access Online Event Registration and Management Software. Suppliers are invited to submit an offer for Invitation to Offer (ITO) No. QED104003.
The Department has issued this ITO with the objectives of:
- Establishing a panel of Suppliers capable of supplying fit-for-purpose Online Event Management Software
- Assisting school and corporate users with event registration and management requirements gain access to suitable Online Event Management Software
- Securing price savings through discounts off recommended retail pricing
- Gaining administrative savings through streamlined processes
- Performance measurement and benchmarking of approved Suppliers
- Reporting of departmental usage and expenditure with appointed Suppliers
