Description
USC is seeking to appoint a single supplier of graduation regalia, products and services. The supplier will be required to provide staff to support the delivery of the agreed services. The supplier may be a single organisation or a consortium of suppliers.
Deliverables include:
- Complete selection of USC graduation regalia for graduands
- Complete selection of graduation regalia for academic staff and honorary guests
- Trained and knowledgeable staff to assist with dressing anyone who requires academic regalia
- Graduand and guest ticketing
- Photography – stage and studio photos
- Videography, including live-streaming
- Graduation gifts – including frames, plaques and gifts
