Online Instructional Software and/or Online Polling/Response Systems

The purpose of this Invitation to Offer is to establish a Standing Offer Arrangement (SOA) with one (1) or more Contractors for the provision of Part A Online Instructional Software and/or Part B Online Polling/Response Systems.

Contractors are able to offer for one and/or both ‘Parts’ of the Arrangement:

Part A – Online Instructional Software

An existing online software solution that assists in student learning. Typically these are focused around one or more subject areas. The software functionality allows students to individually interact and self-pace through selection of activities and possible progression through stages of achievement. This software has the ability to support school curriculum and make learning more interesting, engaging and accessible for students.

Part B – Online Polling/Response Systems

An existing online polling/response system that utilises the existing technology in schools e.g. Laptop, tablet. Online Polling/Response Systems are systems that pose questions where students are able to answer using a web or software enabled device. A running tally or graph of responses is then available for sharing.
