Description
INSW held a two stage Architectural Design Competition for a Pavilion on the new Watermans Cove Pier in Barangaroo. The competitive design process was to enable selection of a proposal that achieves design excellence for Barangaroo. Following the two stage process the Jury unanimously selected the Jessica Spresser (SPRESSER) + Peter Besley scheme and recommended them as the Competition Winner. Approval to award the contract to Spresser was sought from the Head of Projects NSW as the Project Sponsor via a briefing note as attached to this procurement request.
